Synchronising user-profile data securely and efficiently across multiple heterogeneous systems — identity-management platforms, reservation systems, legacy applications — without losing performance or availability is a high-criticality challenge: this process is key to daily business operations, and any failure has an immediate impact.
Solution
Continuing the technology stack we had previously developed for this client, we collaborated on a new profile-synchronisation system able to integrate and keep aligned multiple identity-management platforms, reservation systems and legacy applications. The process was redesigned with a focus on resilience, scalability, efficiency, a scalable architecture and management based on Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Results
Guaranteed flexibility and full control over data synchronisation.
