Problem
Integrating multiple electricity retailers and external platforms on a complex technical platform that limited the client’s ability to scale. The challenge was to update that platform without losing sight of its integration capability.
Solution
Working with our client, we carried out a full update of the technology stack covering development, continuous integration and cloud architecture, with the goal of driving modernisation and improving the operational efficiency of its platform. We developed a robust middleware to integrate multiple electricity retailers and external platforms, exposing APIs to maximise the capabilities of the new energy-services contracting front end.
