Problem
A rigid on-premise infrastructure, with single points of failure, limits a company’s ability to scale and adds risk to any operational change. The challenge was to modernise that infrastructure, guaranteeing a smooth, uninterrupted migration to a scalable, secure cloud environment.
Solution
We designed and implemented a complete AWS migration plan, helping the client move its infrastructure from on-premise environments to the public cloud, with a focus on scalability, resilience and automation. We defined the account and service architecture in AWS, migrated key services and replaced critical components with high-availability alternatives. We also automated the full deployment cycle, implementing a CI/CD cycle that made it possible to validate builds continuously and reduce risk in production releases.
