Problem
Modernising technology processes in a company with heterogeneous environments — cloud and on-premise coexisting at the same time — without interrupting operations is a challenge in itself. Added to that is the need for teams to focus on software delivery, not on managing the underlying infrastructure.
Solution
We worked with our client to design and implement a new automation framework covering the full technology cycle: from development and continuous integration through to infrastructure and operational processes. Using highly flexible open-source tools, we created an agile, scalable technology architecture able to abstract the complexity of the underlying environments (cloud and on-premise), freeing teams to focus on developing and deploying value.
