Problem
In any active hiring process, CVs arrive through different channels. Email, web forms, external job platforms — each in a different format. Classifying that information by hand is one of the most common bottlenecks in HR: it is slow, prone to human error, and above all it does not leave the talent team with a genuinely usable database. Information ends up scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets, and when it is needed — for example to reopen a candidate from a previous process — it is hard to find and hard to trust.
Solution
We built an end-to-end solution to automate the handling of CVs received through any channel. The flow, orchestrated with n8n, receives each CV, interprets it with language models (LLMs) and automatically extracts the key information: name, experience, skills, languages and other data relevant to the talent team. That structured information is sent to a centralised database, turning a manual, slow and error-prone process into a fully automated, accurate and scalable chain.
Results
The time spent handling each CV fell dramatically.
Less human error in classifying applications.
A powerful, accessible candidate repository that can be reused in future hiring processes.
HR capacity freed up and a significant improvement in the efficiency of the entire selection process.
