The climb

Ten years, one path

  1. Virtual Cave is born

    A group of professionals from Balearic tourism IT founds the company in Mallorca. The climb begins.

  2. The first big challenges

    The first high-volume projects in travel and e-commerce arrive. We learn what scaling really means.

  3. The team grows

    Ambition needs more hands. We increase capital and the team gets bigger.

  4. A new home

    We settle at C/ Licorers 39, in Marratxí. The Cave gets its own address.

  5. Leaving no one behind

    The world stops and we don't. Remote work keeps us close to every client.

  6. A bet on excellence

    The whole team trains in TDD. Quality stops being a goal and becomes the method.

  7. Culture scales too

    December 24 and 31 become permanent holidays. Taking care of the team is taking care of the work.

  8. Infrastructure without a ceiling

    We consolidate our cloud-native practice: highly scalable software and infrastructure.

  9. We open the Cave

    We join the Turistec cluster and host the first Cloud Native Mallorca meetup.

  10. New faces

    The team keeps growing and we collaborate with the University of the Balearic Islands.

  11. Ten years together

    We celebrate VCDAY26 and a decade of building with you. This is only the summit of this stretch.
